PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container which promotes recovery work at every stage of distribution. SOLUTION: The packaging member is used to package and deliver a product, and is recovered and reused after the delivery of the product. The packaging member is provided with a recognition means for giving a recognition of a necessity for recovering the packaging member. The recognition means can be a means capable of issuing a voice alarm when opening a package, and can be a seal member displayed at a conspicuous spot on the packaging member.
