PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enricher which enables a user to realize effects of oxygen enriched air to a skin immediately. SOLUTION: The oxygen enricher is equipped with an oxygen enriching means 2 for generating oxygen enriched air, a main body 1 of the oxygen enricher with an oxygen enriched air discharging part 6 which communicates with the oxygen enriching means 2 and discharges the oxygen enriched air, a tank 14 containing a liquid, a heating means 15 for heating the liquid to make it into the vapor, and a main body 13 of a facial apparatus with a vapor discharging part 16 for discharging the vapor to the outside. Since the vapor discharging part 16 and the oxygen enriched air discharging part 6 are connected at a connecting part 18, and a hole 21 is made on the connecting part 18, the vapor and the oxygen enriched air are simultaneously sprayed to the skin of the user through the hole 21.
