PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure of a building that can effectively utilize the inside of a steel pipe pile without impairing the functions of a continuous footing and a mat foundation as concrete foundations. SOLUTION: The foundation structure has the concrete foundation 1 such as the continuous footing or the mat foundation having a bottom plate 3 and a rising part 4, and the steel pipe piles 5 buried underground to support the building through the concrete foundation 1. A pile head 5a of the steel pipe pile 5 passes through the bottom plate 3 and is opened above the bottom plate.
