PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable turning-over prevention device for a wheelchair which can be attached easily to various wheelchairs, allows to adjust its longitudinal length and height easily, and does not interfere with folding of a wheelchair. SOLUTION: The foldable turning-over prevention device for a wheelchair 100 is attached to the rear part of a main wheel of a wheelchair. The turning-over prevention device comprises a base board 11 having a plurality of threaded holes for adjusting attachment position, a pipe 14 pivoted rotatably on the base board 11 such that the pipe can be folded upward when not in use, a support frame 16 having one end inserted into the pipe 14 such that the length of the support frame can be adjusted using an engaging pin, and an axle 18 having a small wheel 19 which is connected to the other end of the support frame 16 such that the height can be adjusted.
