<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress optical distortion of a lens by absorbing expansion and contraction of an adhesive layer due to temperature change into displacement of an opening surface with which the adhesive layer is provided, when a means that the lens is fixed to a base by using an adhesive is adopted. <P>SOLUTION: Recessed parts 14 and 15 communicating with an aperture 13 are formed at the base 1 provided with an outer surface 12 wherein the aperture 13 of a hole part used as an optical path is provided. The adhesive layer formed by being applied on the inner part of the recessed parts 15 adheres to an outer peripheral end surface 91 of a collimator lens 9 and the collimator lens 9 is fixed to the base 1 by its adhesive.
