摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a new seasoned food through effectively utilizing bread crumbs which are produced in high volume in bread producing and processing steps and annoy with its handling. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the fermented soybean paste-like seasoned food comprises maturing bread crumbs and fish meat in the presence of salt and enzyme preparation.
