<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration check system for easily determining whether or not a user mounted device is mounted as before when merchandise from a user kept for repair or the like is returned. <P>SOLUTION: When a personal computer 10 is delivered, configuration information when merchandise recorded in a shipping article IC tag 11 is shipped from the maker is read by an IC tag reader/writer 31, and registered in a database 120 as delivery configuration check data 122 with the identification information of a user mounted device 20. Also, the user mounted device 20 is attached with a user article IC tag 21 in which the identification information is recorded.
