<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent non-expected reply data from a diagnosed device to improve reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In diagnosis, a diagnostic device 100 outputs a request strobe signal 12S-1 to a request strobe signal 12S-n respectively to a diagnosed device 200-1 to a diagnosed device 200-n of diagnostic targets, and outputs a request data signal 05S showing contents of the diagnosis. The diagnosed device 200-1 to the diagnosed device 200-n mask a reply data signal 15S that is a diagnostic result by a diagnosed device selection signal 10S-1 to a diagnosed device selection signal 10S-n from the diagnostic device 100 by an AND gate 19, and perform output to a bus 300 as a reply data signal 23S-1 to a reply data signal 23S-n. The diagnostic device 100 sequentially validates the diagnosed device selection signal 10S-1 to the diagnosed device selection signal 10S-n exclusively, and inputs a reply data signal 23S from the bus 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
