<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transducer for measuring an angular velocity with high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This transducer is provided with one rotary synchronization fork 21 made of a piezoelectric electron, the synchronization fork 21 has an excitation leg 23 and a detection leg 24 extended from a base 22, and has a means arranged on the excitation leg 23 to excite the first vibration of the synchronization fork, and a means arranged on the detection leg 24 to detect the second vibration generated in response to rotation of the synchronization fork and the first vibration, and the detection leg has the first and third grooves 33, 34 on an upper surface, and the second and fourth grooves 35, 36 on a bottom part surface. The first detecting electrode 27a and the second detecting electrode 28a arrayed opposedly each other are arranged in one of side faces of the first groove and the second groove, and the third and fourth detecting electrodes 27b, 28b are arrayed opposedly and are arranged in one of side faces of the second groove 35 and the fourth groove 36. A magnetic field between the first detecting electrode and the second detecting electrode is made linear to a magnetic field between the third detecting electrode and the fourth detecting electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
