<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire air pressure detection device wherein a transmitter itself automatically desensitizes a receiving sensitivity of a trigger input circuit only when the operation is not required, and the transmitter itself can automatically increase the receiving sensitivity of the trigger input circuit when the operation is required. <P>SOLUTION: The tire air pressure detection device is equipped with a sensitivity change over switch at the trigger input part 22c, and the receiving sensitivity of the trigger input part 22c is changed over by the sensitivity change over switch. The change over of the receiving sensitivity is performed by the command which indicates the receiving sensitivity change over provided by automobile manufacturers or dealers.
