<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire enhancing ice-snow road braking performance at initial stage of abrasion. <P>SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire, a block row of at least one row extending in a tire circumferential direction and/or a rib 20 having a side part comprising a plurality of bent parts 21 are provided on a tread surface T and a rotation direction is designated.
