PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowing device used in a ventilating fan such as, in particular, a ventilating fan for a pipe to prevent reduction of performance in use, in particular, when static pressure is high. SOLUTION: Since a shape at a side plate side blade end 106 of a blade 104 attached to a main plate 103 of an impeller 102 is formed by a plurality of straight lines or a plurality of curved lines in such a way that a clearance 4 between an orifice 107 and the impeller 102 has fixed distance to prevent their mutual contact in order to suppress leakage of pressure in the clearance 4, reduction of performance in specifications, in particular, when static pressure is high is prevented.
