PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition holding flexibility and especially rubber elasticity at high temperatures and compression set, and also presenting high scratch resistance, and to provide a molded form obtained using the same and applications of the molded form. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises a total of 100 wt.% of (A) 0-70 wt.% of syndiotactic polypropylene containing more than 90 mol% of propylene-derived constituent units, (B) 20-99 pts.wt. of syndiotactic propylene-α-olefin copolymer containing 90-55 mol% of propylene-derived constituent units and 10-45 mol% of 2-20Cα-olefin(except propylene)-derived constituent units, (C) 0-80 wt.% of isotactic polypropylene and (D) 1-80 wt.% of a styrene-based elastomer.
