PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive film adhering device so as to eliminate various problems due to ACF tape transfer, cover tape peeling after pressure bonding and automatic bonding of the ACF tape, while improving positioning accuracy of the ACF tape. SOLUTION: An adhesive film adhering device is provided with a supply side tension mechanism 31 and a recovery side tension mechanism 32 on a conveying path of a tape conveying mechanism to apply tension to an ACF tape 51 conveyed by the tape conveying mechanism. Each of the tension mechanisms 31, 32 has a driving force providing device 61 to provide the driving force to movable rollers 23, 26 guided by movable roller guide mechanisms 31a, 32a, and a control device 67 to control the driving force providing device 61 so as to adjust the driving force provided to the movable rollers 23, 26 according to the tension in the ACF tape 51 required in each stage of the affixing process of the ACF.
