PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather strip capable of realizing the enhancement of appearance quality by suppressing a recess from being formed near a terminal part at the time of terminal processing of the weather strip. SOLUTION: The weather strip 4 is attached to a door opening peripheral edge of an automobile door. The weather strip 4 is formed by an extrusion method and is provided with a trim part 5 of an approximately U shape in cross section and a hollow seal part 6. A first base part 24 and a second thick base part 25 is extended/formed on an outdoor side surface of an outdoor side side wall part 12 of the trim part 5 toward the outdoor side. One of the seal parts 6 is continuously contacted with a distal end of the first base part 24 and the other is continuously contacted with a distal end of the second base part 25. Further, the terminal part 4b on a center pillar side of the weather strip 4 is inserted to a clearance between the center pillar and a second pillar garnish. Therefore, the terminal and the trim part 5 are clamped/fixed by a clip C in such a state that the seal part 6 is biassed and inclined to a connection part 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
