PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulically bulged component provided with a flange having an arbitrary shape and size. SOLUTION: This component is a hydraulically bulged component provided with the flange 2 which is outward projected and for joining other component and this hydraulically bulged component with the flange has a rib 31 on at least one side of the flange 2. It is preferable that the flange is formed by being squeezed after a portion of a material of which a bulged part is composed is bulged.
