PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice bran compressing machine in which the rice bran generated when the work of polishing rice is done is solidified successively to prevent the generation of dust and the rice bran is compressed at a solidification step to remarkably reduce the total volume of the rice bran. SOLUTION: A pair of right-and-left rollers 4, 5 arranged parallel to each other are rotated in a direction in which rice bran drops from each roller downward from above to the other while keeping a constant clearance therebetween. A shaft of one 5 of rollers 4, 5 is connected to a motor 2 having a function of reducing the speed. The surface of the other 4 of rollers 4, 5 is treated to have a grooved shape. The roller 4 is rotated so that the central axis thereof is moved zigzag right and left. As a result, since the right-and-left moving distance and time of the roller 4 are kept constant, powdery rice bran can be formed into solidified rice bran of a constantly compressed state.
