PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate manufacturing apparatus provided with a structure that a synthesized particulate is hardly coagulated and deposited on a reaction space wall surface. SOLUTION: In the apparatus, a material is circulated through a fine circulation space for circulating the particulate manufacturing material to manufacture the particulate.
