PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteosynthesis tool for fixing a screw in a predetermined position securely by preventing problems, such as a longitudinal crack and coming out, that occur when screwing in a fragile screw made of a material having low shearing strength. SOLUTION: The osteosynthesis tool comprises a driver 2 that engages with a head section of an osteosynthesis screw to be screwed in the bone. The diameter of the front end of the driver is identical to that of the osteosynthesis screw, and a screw having a same shape as the osteosynthesis screw is provided on the circumference of the front end. A long nut 3 engaging with both the osteosynthesis screw and the screw on the front end of the driver is provided, and the osteosynthesis screw and the driver are connected via the long nut. A socket tube 5 is also provided on the circumference of the driver. The inner surface of the front opening of the socket tube has a spline groove that engages with the long nut, and the socket tube is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the driver and is rotatable around the driver.
