<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA receiving device reducing the power consumption without deterioration in reception quality. <P>SOLUTION: A cell search section 14 detects slot timing by reverse spreading with PSC, detects frame timing and a code group for each detected slot timing point, and also detects a scrambling coded from the detected frame timing and code group by using P-CPICH. The cell search section 14, when detecting the same sampling code at a plurality of timing points.judges as a multi-path and stores path timing points and correlation values of respective base stations including the multi-path in a path timing storage section 17.
