<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an antireflection laminated film which exhibits excellent antistatic properties and antireflection properties, and which is excellent in high transparency, surface hardness, abrasion resistance and antifouling properties. <P>SOLUTION: In this antireflection laminated film, a hard coat layer and an antistatic low-refraction-factor layer are laminated on a transparent substrate in this order. The index of refraction n of the antistatic low-refraction-index layer is 1.42 or less, or the antistatic low-refraction-factor layer comprises silicon alkoxide which is expressed by general formula (A), R<SB>x</SB>Si(OR)<SB>4-x</SB>, a hydrolysate of the silicon alkoxide, and a porous conductive particulate with a grain size of 100 nm or less and a refraction factor n of 1.40 or less.
