PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal shrinkable film excellent in low temperature shrinkability, natural shrinkability, stiffness and the like, well-balanced in physical properties of blocking resistance, warm water fusion resistance, impact resistance and the like, and having good film-making stability in particular. SOLUTION: The thermal shrinkable film is made by stretching a composition of a specific block copolymer or its hydrogenated substance component.
