PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower device of a little turbulence noise and resonance noise with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a box shaped main body 1, a fan 3 in the main body, a partition plate 4 partitioning a boundary of an upstream side and a downstream side of the fan 3, and an orifice 6 including a bell mouth shape suction port 5 on the partition plate 4, and is provided with a plate shape sound insulation wall 10 from the main body 1 to the orifice 6, and is constructed to overlap the suction opening 5 and a sound insulation wall 10 in a view from a plane vertical to a rotary shaft 9 of a fan 3.
