PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a plastic product capable of coping with various product shapes while suppressing the equipment cost. SOLUTION: A parison 30 is molded in such a state as to integrate with a mouth ring holder 28 by injecting a molten thermoplastic resin into an injection mold 12 in which the mouth ring holder 28 is attached, then, before the parison 30 is hardened, the parison 30 and the mouth ring holder 28 are separated from the injection mold 12 and conveyed by holding the mouth ring holder 28 out of these two from the injection mold 12 to a blow mold 52, and further, while holding the parison 30 inserted in the blow mold 52 by fixing the mouth ring holder 28 to the inlet part of the blow mold 52 and also keeping the parison 30 hermetically closed, a product 100 having a shape corresponding to a molding space 58 is formed by introducing a blow air A into the parison 30.
