<p>In the production of Seamless Fabric Dye Roll, first the thread appropriate for the dye roll is woven in a rounded knitting form and the textite is obtained. Since this fabric will be fitted over the cylindrical part, elastic and rubber are added to it while it is being knitted as one piece in the rounded form, to give it the strength of high grasping property. It is knitted exactly 1/2 proportional to the perimeter of the roll to which it is to be applied. The length of the fabric is equal to the length of the cylinder it will be applied to. Following this, the cylindrical part is inserted in the round knitted and elastic fabric. Due to its high elasticity, the fabric fits the cylindrical part firmly.</p> |
