<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generating device capable of stopping its operation without causing deterioration, a stopping method, and a stopped-state keeping method. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack 1 is constituted by serially laminating tens of pieces of unit fuel cells (unit cells). A voltage detection device 26 inputs a lowest output voltage out of those of all the unit batteries as a lowest voltage signal 27 in a control device 28. The control device 28 inputs a load reduction instruction when the lowest voltage signal 27 is less than 0 volt, or a load increase instruction when the lowest voltage signal exceeds a set value Vc set in advance into a load device 25, respectively, as control signals 29 to the load device 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
