A resilient drip-proof pouring device 1 or 1d, Figs. 1 and 5, respectively, comprises a cylindrical portion 7, 8, Fig. 1, permanently snapfitting inside a neck or top plate f of a container a or a cylindrical portion 23, 8, Fig. 5, similarly fitting outside a container e, a tamperproof sealing disc 10 tearable along a thinner section 9 by a pull tab 11, and pouring means comprising an annular recess 2 and an annular pouring surface p whose construction is such that the last not yet fully developed drop is withdrawn into the recess after righting up the container. The device is sealed either by a screw or like cap 13, Fig. 1, or by a resilient snap-fitting stopper 14, 18, Fig. 5, joined to the device by a resilient hinge 17. In a further embodiment. Fig. 3 (not shown), the device has an elongated cylindrical body extending above a container top plate and the tamperproof disc is disposed intermediate the ends of the body.
