<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispense pump for sucking and discharging reagent capable of being miniaturized and reducing its weight greatly by a compact mechanism having a simple structure and improving precision of amount of suction and discharge. <P>SOLUTION: A driving shaft of a driving motor is made hollow, and a shaft for driving a piston is stored inside the motor. A means for making a joint position with the piston eccentric from the center of a cylinder to prevent turn is used to form a configuration of the device as the simple mechanism.
