<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for blocking any spam message transmitted in different networks. <P>SOLUTION: In response to an initial transmission routing information(SRI) message received in the destination network of a message, spam prevention check is performed. The result of this check is returned to a transmission side network with the destination address of a switch in a destination network and an SRI spam code and mobile terminated (MT) routing address correlation ID.
