<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub capable of effectively preventing especially the coldness of shoulders or the like during half body bathing. <P>SOLUTION: An irradiation device 1 for irradiating the shoulders of a bather 3 during whole body bathing or during half body bathing with infrared rays or the like is disposed inside a bathroom. Since the irradiation device 1 irradiates the shoulders with the infrared rays or the like, the shoulders are warmed without having the bather 3 wet the shoulders.
