<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a system to prepare the operation plan for a generator which prepares at high speed the economical and the optimal operation plan for the generator which meets operation constraint conditions of the generator and power demand. <P>SOLUTION: The system is constituted including a computing means of the optimal operation plan which prepares the optimum operation plan for the generator so that a power demand forecasting value in each time zone of a planning date may be met, wherein the plan is prepared by a facility characteristics database which memorizes input/output characteristics of the generator, a demand forecasting database which sets up the power demand forecasting value, an operating cases database which stores operation cases data in which starting probability of each generator subject to the operation plan is classified into high, medium and low level, the operation cases data, and facility characteristics data. The operation cases data which are most similar to that of the operation planning date are extracted, then an optimum output value is set in each time zone considering each generator of the high starting probability as starting, and the generator of low starting probability as stopping, then the optimal output value is set selecting starting of the generator of the medium starting probability so that the total output values of the generators started may meet the power demand forecasting value in each time zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
