SLIDER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slider capable of obtaining a desired small sliding pressure and retaining required strength.

SOLUTION: The slider 1-1 comprises a base substance 11 made of an elastic metallic plate 100 and fixed to an another member (a sliding body), and a sliding arm 21 projecting from one side of the base substance 11 and bent to one side of the base substance 11. The width of a bent part 23 is formed narrower by providing openings 27 at the part 23 with the sliding arm 21 bent. The part 23 is a main part to generate the sliding pressure of the spring contact 1-1 to the sliding arm 21, so that providing the openings 27 at the part 23 effectively and easily decreases the sliding pressure of the sliding arm 21.
