PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipette design and dispensing apparatus not requiring individual cylinders differently from the conventional art. SOLUTION: A pipette tip is used in a dispensing head apparatus having a dispensing block head of which one end includes a slender upper tapered section and the other end includes a lower tapered section. The upper tapered section and the lower tapered section are separated from each other by a disc-shaped ring section having a lower surface and an upper surface. The lower surface of the disc-shaped ring section of the pipette tip is adapted so as to have upward axial force applied to the lower surface, and the pipette tip is axially loaded to the dispensing block head by the axial force.
