PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination structure of a rotor having a radiating effect. SOLUTION: The combination structure of the rotor having the radiating effect comprises a cover case 21 formed of metal of high heat conductivity, and a wheel hub 22 with cooling fan blades arranged on the outside. The cover case is provided with an open end 212 forming an opening of an internal space constituted by a sidewall 213 continuous with a blocking end 211. A blocking edge is provided with through holes 2111 open with the internal walls presenting inclined shape. The wheel hub is provided with a fixed part 223 provided with an engaging part 224 hanging down inward from an upper end shoulder part 221, and the fixed part is engaged through the through hole of the cover case and integrally connected to the cover case. A motor for rotationally driving the wheel hub provided with the fan blades is disposed in the cover case and wheel hub and generates heat, but heat is effectively exchanged through the cover case formed of a heat conductive material and exposed to the outside.
