PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing an electroacoustic converter diaphragm, where the level of a pulp slurry inside a partition wall is made to decrease stably and slowly, and the pulp slurry is returned to a second paper making tank so as not to cause damages to the forming object of the paper layer. SOLUTION: In a secondary paper making process, a second paper making net attracting a first paper layer 25 and set freely movable in the vertical direction is made to descend; a pressure partition wall lower slit 32 provided to the lower part of a pressure partition wall 5, below and outside of the second paper making net, is gradually put under the level of a second pulp slurry P2 and stops descending, when the lower slit 32 is completely put under the level of the pulp slurry P2; the second pulp slurry P2 is exhausted upwards to raise the level of the pulp slurry P2 inside a pressure partition wall 5 in a laminar flow state for forming a second paper layer; the pressure partition wall 5 is made to rise to make its pressure partition wall lower slit 32 appear gradually from the level of the pulp slurry P2, after the second paper layer is formed. Consequently, the air is made to flow gradually into the pressure partition wall 5, the level of the pulp slurry P2 is made to decrease stably and horizontally nearly in a laminar flow state, to return the pulp slurry P2 into a second paper making tank 7, and the deposits composed of the first paper layer 25 and the second paper layer 26 deposited thereon can be protected against deformation or delamination.
