PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely protect the copyright and privacy of a photographer. SOLUTION: A CCD 11 photographs an object. A user information acquisition section 16 acquires information on a user in designated timing during photographing. A control section 17 generates photographer data on the basis of user data representing information on the user being a photographer obtained by the user information acquisition section 16 and supplies them to a recording data composition section 13. A recording section 31 adds the photographer data to image data obtained as a photographed result by the CCD 11 and records them on a digital video tape 2.
