The invention relates to a vector that makes it possible to develop animal models comprising, on the one hand, a KO (Knock Out) in a target gene and, on the other, a modification of its genome in order to introduce a new gene (KI or Knock In) to be expressed in a conditional manner, and comprising elements that make it possible to restore the endogenous locus where the vector had been integrated. The invention also relates to the eukaryotic cells transformed by this inventive vector, and to the genetically modified embryos and animals containing these inventive cells.
