The invention relates to a method for, preferably, continuously intermixing a boiled potato substance with dried potato powder, particularly for creating potato granulates during with the potato substance to be mixed and the potato powder are guided through a mixing chamber. The invention is characterized in that the potato substance to be mixed and the potato powder are, inside the mixing chamber, subjected to the action of at least two mixing shafts, which are parallel to one another and rotate in opposite directions. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out said method.
