<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce sliding force while preventing rattling between shafts in sliding and to transmit torque in a high rigidity state in transmitting torque. <P>SOLUTION: It is important to improve lubricity between a cylindrical body 8 and both shafts 1, 2 to keep low sliding force in a state that torque is loaded. As a plurality of circumferential grooves 40 are formed on an outer peripheral face of the cylindrical body 8, oil and grease can be stored in the circumferential grooves 40, thus the lubricant hardly run short, and the lubricity can be improved.
