<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell stack structure and a starting method of the fuel cell stack structure, wherein occurrence of stress concentration can be suppressed by reducing temperature difference between a part in which a thermal capacity is larger and a part in which the thermal capacity is smaller through enhancing a temperature elevation at the part in which the thermal capacity is larger, and wherein reduction of the gas temperature caused by low temperature of a gas flow passage can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell stack structure 1 which is composed by laminating a plurality of solid electrolyte fuel cells 10 housed in a space S surrounded by metal thin plate shaped separators 12, 13, and installed with a solid electrolyte single cell 11, one face of which is exposed outside, and the gas is supplied to each space S of the solid electrolyte fuel cells 10 through the gas flow passage 2 penetrating these solid electrolyte fuel cells 10, at a stage of warming the temperature of a plurality of the solid electrolyte fuel cells 10, a high temperature gas G is preferentially made to flow to the part 10a that has a larger thermal capacity so that heating becomes possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
