<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power factor improved-type power conversion device, in response to the voltage fluctuation of AC power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The power conversion device is provided with a reactor whose one end is connected to AC power supply, a short-circuiting means whose one end is connected to the other end of the reactor, a rectifying circuit where one end of an AC input-side is connected to the other end of the reactor and multiple ends of the AC input-side are connected to the other end of the short-circuiting means, a zero-cross detecting circuit detecting zero crossing of AC power supply and a control circuit controlling the short-circuiting means. The control circuit controls the short-circuiting operation, based on delay time Td and pulse width Tw being a shorting period, and delay time Td and pulse width Tw are controlled independently. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
