PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an area of a circuit which controls variations on manufacturing.

SOLUTION: In the device for driving current, a bias voltage generating part 102 outputs a bias voltage Vbias having a voltage value corresponding to the current value of a reference current Iref given to an input terminal 101 to a gate line G103. Output terminals 105-1 to 105-K output currents Iout-1 to Iout-K which respectively flow through driving transistors T104-1 to T104-K to the outside. Moreover, relationship between the current value of the reference current Iref which is to be received by the bias voltage generating part 102 and the voltage value of the bias voltage Vbias which is to be generated by the bias voltage generating part 102 is adjusted by control signals CTa-1 to CTa-P, CTb-1 to CTb-P.
