<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor chip storage tray which prevents a thin semiconductor chip from moving to the next storage area. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor chip storage tray comprises a base board 1, first projections 2 which are provided on the front surface of the base board 1 and divide the front surface into a plurality of storage areas 1a for semiconductor chips 10, and second projections 8 each of which is formed on the back surface of the base board 1 and is located inside each storage area 1a in a planar arrangement. When a plurality of semiconductor chip storage trays are stacked, the second projections 8 are located above the semiconductor chips 10 stored in a lower storage tray. Therefore, the semiconductor chip storage tray prevents the semiconductor chips 10 from moving to adjacent storage areas 1a, compared with a conventional storage tray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
