<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a hydrogen separation film enabling high hydrogen permeability and high purity of produced hydrogen and made of a little amount of a Pd alloy material. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of the hydrogen separation film comprises the steps of: obtaining ingot by dissolving Pd alloy in a floating type cold crucible dissolution method, removing inclusion accumulated parts of the ingot, and forging and rolling the ingot whose inclusion accumulated parts are removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
