<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset rotary printing ink which is excellent in the balance between evaporation drying properties and press stability, and is gentle to the environment, without impediment to its printability, by substituting a part or all of a petroleum-derived solvent, i.e. the solvent of the ink, with a fatty acid ester having a specified composition structure. <P>SOLUTION: The offset rotary printing ink contains a resin for varnish and a solvent containing 30-100 mass% fatty acid ester represented by the general formula (1) : R1COOR2 (wherein R1 is a 3-11C alkyl or alkenyl group; and R2 is a 5-14C alkyl group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
