<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating device for improving troubles of nasal breath such as nasal congestion (during sleep in general). <P>SOLUTION: Nasal breath is smoothed by directly expanding a nose from beneath, while a pain is eliminated by avoiding dryness of the surface contacting to the nose because of being made of a jelly material.
