PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for issuing a gift certificate capable of further more collecting a desired domination of money. SOLUTION: The device 11 which issues a gift certificate for the amount of the total input amount of input money and a premium amount added thereto comprises a premium amount determination means 30 determining the premium amount at different ratios according to the input money.
