PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinate precision ensuring jig for ensuring the measurement accuracy of three-dimensional coordinates of predetermined feature points provided on a surface of an object, based on a plurality of photographed images of the object photographed in different directions, and for ensuring the measurement accuracy of the dimensions of the object. SOLUTION: The coordinate precision ensuring jig 1 is provided with framework members 2, 3, 4 for constituting a structure, plate members 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 attached to arbitrary locations of the framework member 2, 3, 4 as plate faces 5a, 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a, 10a are oriented in the arbitrary direction, and reference seals 11, 11 fixed to the plate faces 5a, 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a, 10a of the plate members 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
