PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliciously finish a stew dish without heating unevenness in a heating cooking device. SOLUTION: THe heating cooking device of a turntable-less system is provided with a heating chamber 2 housing food (a), a food mounting table 6 for mounting the food (a), a weight sensor 7 detecting weight of the food (a), a magnetron 9 heating the food (a), a turning antenna 8 agitating a high frequency sent to the heating chamber 2, and an upper heater 5 heating the food (a). In a heating time of stew heating, the weight of the food (a) is detected by the weight sensor 7, a total heating time T of the food (a) and a time t2 until boiling of the food (a) which is an initial process are determined by information of the detected weight, heating until boiling is carried out by the high frequency, and the stew heating after boiling is carried out at the same time by both of low output high frequency heating and heater heating.
