PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide on-vehicle equipment, an information display method, and an information processing system for effectively encouraging a user to write word-of-mouth information concerning evaluation of a shop. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle equipment 1a which allows a user to write word-of-mouth information concerning the evaluation of a shop and which displays the information comprises: an operation section 16 for receiving input of operation by the user; a display section 13 for displaying, in accordance with the operation performed to the operation section 16, word-of-mouth information or information encouraging the user to write word-of-mouth information; and an ACC acquiring section 15. When a control section 11 judges that the vehicle has transited from a halting state into a starting state, in the case the operation related to the word-of-mouth information is performed to the operation section 16 before the transition into the starting state, the control section makes the display section 13 display the content for encouraging the user to write word-of-mouth information.
